ordering policies

We understand sometimes there's a change of plans or something comes up. 

Cancellation

If the product has not shipped:

• Within 24 hours of order: we will refund the order except tax and processing fees.
• Over 24 hours of order: we will refund the order except tax, processing fees, and $10 manual cancellation fees.

If the product has shipped: we will not cancel delivery or the order.

Custom items:

• Our policy remains the same, but also include refunding 50% of the customization fees.
